Film Archive & Preservation Company (With Screening Rooms) Proposed for Mt. Ephraim

A film archive and preservation company that will include two film screening rooms is proposed for 408 and 410 West Kings Hwy. in Mt. Ephraim.

On August 12, 2019 at 7:30 pm, the Mt. Ephraim Land Use Board will hear the application of Harry S. Guerro for property located at 408 and 410 West Kings Highway.

According to a Legal Notice that was published on July 30, 2019, preliminary and final major site plan approval is sought for the renovation of property that will “serve as office space for a film archive and preservation company to include two film screening rooms, offered to the viewing public.”

Approval is also sought for the construction of a 5,240 square feet paved parking lot.

Several variances have also been requested, including a use variance for occasional private and public screenings and for special community events.

All documents relating to the application are on file and may be inspected by the public in the Office of the Secretary of the Land Use Board in the Municipal Building.
