The Pennant Will Not Be Back; Self-Storage Facility Proposed for Entire Property

The Bellmawr Zoning Board will hear an application for a portion of the Pennant property to be redeveloped into a self-storage facility on September 17, 2019.

Earlier this month, SJO reported that the Brooklawn Planning and Zoning Board will be considering the application of PV Asset Management, LLC to permit redevelopment of the premises located at Block 126, Lots 7 and 10, 141 Kings Highway in Brooklawn (a/k/a/ “The Pennant”) for a three-story self-storage facility, together with associated driveways, parking spaces, and signage.

The Brooklawn Planning and Zoning Board’s hearing is August 28, 2019.

As we previously explained, part of the Pennant property is located in Bellmawr and part of it is located in Brooklawn.

On August 27, 2019, SJO learned that the Bellmawr Zoning Board will hear PV Asset’s application as it relates to the property for the proposes of developing the property as a self-storage facility.

According to a recently published Public Notice, permission to demolish the existing commercial/restaurant building is also sought.

The Bellmawr Zoning Board will hear the case on September 17, 2019 at 7:00 p.m.
