Bellmawr Zoning Board to Consider Possible Land Development Action for Stanley Ave. Properties to be Used as Parking Lots

The Bellmawr Zoning Board will consider an application for two properties on Stanley Avenue to be used as parking lots.

On July 21, 2020 at 7:00 p.m., the Bellmaw Zoning Board meeting will hold a remote teleconference meeting to consider possible action on the Land Development Application filed by Alysco Properties, LLC for Use Variance and Preliminary and Final Site Plan Approval to use the properties located at 108 and 125 Stanley Avenue, known as Block 58, Lot 4 and Block 59, Lot 5.01, for parking lots.

Formal action will be taken.

No one will be permitted in the Municipal Building. Participation in and attendance at the Board meeting will be offered by telephone conference rather than in-person for all Board members, Board professionals, applicants and applicant’s professionals, and all members of the public.

All members of the public are invited to call in and listen to all or part of the Board Meeting. However, the caller must remain on “mute” and not interrupt or comment except when the Board specifically opens the meeting for public comment.

Routine matters coming before the Board will also be considered at this meeting.

The regularly scheduled Board Meetings for 2020 will be conducted by similar telephone conference.
