The Borough of Magnolia is seeking a qualified individual for a part-time clerical position to perform routine office work.
Municipal experience is preferred. Applicants should be detailed-oriented, well organized, able to multitask, and friendly when dealing with the public and fellow employees.
The ideal candidate is familiar with office equipment including computer software.
Responsibilities involve performing basic and general secretarial work including, but not limited to:
- Answering calls and email inquiries
- Processing documents collecting fees
- Data entry, filing
- Providing support for various departments.
Salary is $15 an hour up to 20 hours a week.
