37-Year-Old Former New Jersey State Park Police Officer Arrested & Charged With Child Sexual Abuse Material Offenses

Patrick Kelly was arrested at New Jersey State Park Police Headquarters in Egg Harbor City, following an investigation several law enforcement agencies.

A 37-year-old Winslow Township man has been arrested and charged with child sexual abuse material offenses, announced Camden County Prosecutor Grace C. MacAulay, New Jersey State Park Police Chief George Fedorczyk, West Deptford Township Police Chief John Chambers, and Winslow Township Police Chief Don Lemons.

Patrick Kelly, 37, was serving as an officer with the New Jersey State Park Police. He was arrested on April 17, 2023, at New Jersey State Park Police Headquarters in Egg Harbor City, N.J., following an investigation by the Camden County Prosecutor’s Office, Homeland Security Investigations Cherry Hill Office, and the West Deptford Township Police Department, with the assistance of the Camden County Sheriff’s Office SERT, the New Jersey State Park Police and the Winslow Township Police Department.


Kelly is charged with the following offenses:

  • 2nd-degree Manufacturing Child Sexual Abuse Materials
  • 3rd-degree Possession of Child Sexual Abuse Materials

Kelly is currently lodged at the Camden County Correctional Facility, pending a detention hearing before the Court.

Any and all persons charged with crimes are presumed innocent until proven guilty in a court of law.
