At their Special/Caucus Meeting on March 21, 2019, Bellmawr Council approved Resolution #03:85-19 appointing attorney Robert Gleaner as special counsel to handle real estate issues for the sale of a borough house located on Alycon Drive, confirmed Borough Clerk, Fran Wright via email on March 22, 2019.
A Legal Notice dated March 21, 2019 advertising the Special Meeting indicated the purpose of the meeting was: “Closed Session Discussion of borough real estate and any other business deemed necessary. Action may be taken on, but not limited to the following: Appointing special counsel to handle real estate sale of property.”

Included on the Special/Caucus meeting agenda were: Chet Atkens and Anna Hillman of “GA Enterprises and billboards.”
During the closed session, Chief Financial Officer (CFO), Maria Fasulo gave a budget update and Charles Gallub and Ed Esposito gave a redevelopment update.
Title Only Resolutions include a COLA (Cost of Living Adjustment) Ordinance that allows the Borough to increase the budget appropriations an additional 3% over the previous year final appropriation amount. It also allows the Borough to bank the amount that is not used in this year’s budget.

The monthly meeting of Bellmawr Mayor and Council will take place on Thursday, March 28, 2019 at 7:00 p.m. at Borough Hall.
