Bellmawr Council to Approve Sale of Alcyon Drive Property for $131,000; Auction Was Held In July

At the next monthly meeting of Bellmawr Mayor and Council on September 22, 2022 at 7:00 p.m., there will be a Public Hearing/Second Reading of an Ordinance confirming the sale of Borough-owned property located at 934 Alcyon Drive for $131,000 to Joseph Grimaldi and Nicole Dizio of Churchville, PA.

On March 24, 2022, a Resolution was approved authorizing the advertisement of the sale of the property.

On July 28, 2022, an auction was conducted.

The land is being sold in accordance with the Local Lands and Buildings Law (N.J.S. 40A:12-1 et seq.), which authorizes a municipality to sell any real property that is not needed for public use.
