Bellmawr Mayor and Council Call Two Special Meetings

Two Legal Notices have been recently published advertising two upcoming Special Meetings of Bellmawr Mayor and Council.

Closed Session-Personnel

On Monday, August 14, 2017, a Special Meeting will be conducted beginning at 5:00 p.m. in the Municipal Building.

The purpose of the meeting was advertised as: "Closed Session-Personnel and any other business deemed necessary."

$7.7M Bond Anticipation Note

On Thursday, August 17, 2017, a Special Meeting will be conducted beginning at 5:00 p.m. in the Municipal Building for "Resolution #08:178-17 authorizing bond anticipation note in the amount of $7,734,433.26 for the following Ordinances: reconstruction of various roads, various improvement and purchase of equipment. And any other business deemed necessary."

Council's monthly caucus meeting is also scheduled for August 17.

SJO will follow up to see if any formal action was taken at the Special Closed Session Personnel meeting and will also request a copy of the Resolution for details regarding the road reconstruction projects, the various improvement and equipment purchases.
