Bellmawr PD Deploys Use of Body Warn Cameras

Body-worn cameras are utilized by patrol officers and detectives and are worn on the officer’s chest.

The deployment of body-worn cameras (BWC) by the Bellmawr Police Department began on January 14, 2022.

It is the policy of the Bellmawr Police Department to utilize body-worn cameras to assist agency personnel in the performance of their duties by providing an unbiased and accurate recorded account of an incident.


Body-worn cameras are utilized by patrol officers and detectives and are worn on the officer’s chest.

A solid red light indicates the BWC is recording.
