Bellmawr PD’s 2017 Internal Affairs Summary Report

The Camden County Prosecutor’s Office Special Prosecutions Unit/Internal Affairs has released the 2017 Summary Report #1 regarding the Bellmawr Police Department.

The Summary Report refers to yearly totals for 2017 cases only and indicates the types and numbers of complaints.

There were a total of six complaints (five for demeanor and one domestic violence). Of those complaints, three were exonerated and three were not sustained.

Additionally, no officer has received more than three internal affairs complaints for 2017 or a ten-day suspension for the quarter.

There were also no pending cases for 2016, 2015 or pre-2015.
