Bellmawr PD Hosts Coffee With A Cop

Today, the Bellmawr Police Department hosted Coffee With a Cop at the Bellmawr Community Center. The well-attended gave the community a chance to have a cup of coffee, a donut, and conversation with members of the Bellmawr Police Department.

Lt. Mike Draham said: “It was good for people to be able to come out and talk to us in a relaxed atmosphere. It gave the community a chance to ask us questions and have a down-to-earth conversation.”

The mission of Coffee With a Cop to break down the barriers between police officers and the citizens they serve.

Lt. Draham said that today’s Coffee with a Cop was well received. “Next year, will be even better as the word gets out.”

He added that officers from PBA Local 375 will be at the town’s Octoberfest on October 15.

Additionally, PBA 375 will be sponsoring its 2nd Annual Trunk or Treat in partnership with the Bellmawr Recreation Department on Friday, October 28 from 6:00-8:00 p.m. Another upcoming event is the PBA 375 Halloween Social on Saturday, October 29 at 7:00 p.m.
