The new BAA contract is effective July 1, 2016 until June 30, 2019. The Bellmawr Board of Education (BOE) approved it following an Executive Session at their September 28 meeting.

The advanced degree is a one-time payment and as of July 1, 2013, new hires are not eligible unless credits are obtained while employed by the Bellmawr School District.

A one-time salary bump for principals from the last contract was deleted. In accordance with the terms of the 2013-16 contract, principals received a $2,000 bump in the first year of the contract period to meet equivalency with average salaries for the same District Factor Group.
