Boro of Bellmawr Seeks Bidders to Lease Portion of Anderson Ave. Property for Billboards for Commercial Advertising

The Borough of Bellmawr is seeking bidders to lease public property on Anderson Avenue (Block 80, Lot 4.01) behind Harleigh Cemetery (Resurrection of Christ Cemetery) and Interstate I-295 for the purposes of erecting billboards for commercial advertising, according to a recently published Legal Notice.

Sealed bids will be received by the Purchasing Agent for the Borough of Bellmawr in the Municipal Courtroom, 21 E. Browning Road on Tuesday September 25, 2019 at 10:00 a.m.

In April, 2018, the Bellmawr Planning Board recommended that this area be designated as an area in need of improvement.

In May, 2018, the engineers for the Borough of Bellmawr issued a report regarding this area of the property.
