Brooklawn Police Arrest Man for Impersonating Officer

 

On October 10, officers responded to the Citgo Gas Station for a report that a male would not pay for gas and for stating he was a police officer. Kenneth Wayne Gregory was arrested for theft of services and for impersonating a law enforcement officer.


Other Brooklawn Police Department activity for the month of October, 2016:

10/03/16 Jonathan Charles Dimeo, 35, of Boynton Beach Florida, was stopped for a motor vehicle violation. Through further investigation, he was found to be operating a motor vehicle under the influence of alcohol. He was charged with driving while intoxicated and given numerous other driving summonses and turned over to a sober adult.

10/4/16 Roderick Hayword Hayes, 26, of Camden was arrested for disorderly conduct at the Westbrook Bowling Alley.

10/5/16 Dwayne Carl Kemp, 32, of Philadelphia was stopped for a motor vehicle violation. Through further investigation, officers located nine (9) bags of crack cocaine, four (4) oxycodone pills, and thirty three (33) endocet pills. Alexandria Diguglielmo, 24, of Runnemede was also arrested. Both were charged with possession of a controlled dangerous substance, distribution of a controlled dangerous substance and possession of a controlled dangerous substance in a school zone. Both were remanded to the Camden County Jail.

10/5/16 Jessica Elaine Nacke, 23, of Westville attempted to exit Shoprite with numerous bottles of baby formula. She was charged with shoplifting and released pending a municipal court date.

10/6/16 Beverly L. Bolt, 31, of Williamstown was arrested after she attempted to conceal items from the Rite Aid. She was charged with shoplifting and released with a pending court date.

10/6/16 Lawrence Ian Jones, 33, of Philadelphia was stopped for a motor vehicle violation in the Brooklawn Shopping Center. He was observed attempting to conceal a bottle of prescription pills, through further investigation he was found to be wanted out of Pennsylvania for forgery. He was charged with two (2) counts of possession of a controlled dangerous substance and a fugitive of justice. He was remanded to the Camden County Jail to await extradition to Pennsylvania.

10/10/16 Drew William Buechlein, 31, of Brooklawn was arrested for receiving stolen property out of Bellmawr. The accused sold items at the Swap Shop in Brooklawn. He was charged with receiving stolen property and released on his own recognizance.

10/11/16 Unknown actor(s) broke into Verchio’s Produce and removed a safe from the building. The actor(s) stole an undisclosed amount of cash from the safe. Anyone with any information regarding this incident please contact Brooklawn Police.

10/11/16 During the course of a call for an unconscious male in the area of the shopping center, officers arrested Brian Edward Provost, 28, of Medford. The accused was found to be wanted out of the Camden and Burlington Sheriffs’ Departments. He was also found to be in possession of heroin and crack cocaine. He was remanded to the Camden County Jail.

10/11/16 Darian Thomas Jones was arrested for theft from his employer, Shoprite. Loss Prevention observed the accused steal money over the course of a few weeks. He was charged with five (5) counts of Theft.

10/12/16 It was reported to police that sometime between 10/11-10/12 an unknown actor removed a catalytic converter from a Winnebago parked in the old Saint Maurice Parking Lot. Anyone with information regarding this incident please contact Brooklawn Police.

10/12/16 Officers were dispatched to the Shoprite for a shoplifter in custody. Robert M. Phillips, 49, of Gloucester City attempted to conceal items in his backpack. Through further investigation, the accused was identified as a suspect in numerous other shopliftings from August. He was charged with seven (7) counts of shoplifting and released on his own recognizance.

10/14/16 Anthony Robert Lewis, 27, of Gloucester City was stopped for a motor vehicle violation. He was found to have a warrant for his arrest. Officers located a cigarette pack on the accused containing heroin. He was charged with possession of controlled dangerous substance. He was processed and released.

10/14/16 During the course of a motor vehicle stop Siobhan Renee King-Petrick, 21, of Collingswood, Elnisa Danay Warren, 21, of Camden and Licelz Idaliz Bauerle, 30, of Camden were found to be in possession of a jar of marijuana and an unrolled cigar. She was charged with possession of marijuana under 50 grams and possession of drug paraphernalia.

10/14/16 Elijah Joseph Porrini, 21, of Westville was arrested for theft after Loss Prevention from Shoprite observed him taking money from the cash register while working.

10/17/16 Officers responded to Sangarlo’s Pizza for a burglary alarm. An unknown actor entered the restaurant and stole an undisclosed amount of money from the cash register. Anyone with information regarding this incident please contact Brooklawn Police.

10/19/16 Stanley Garcia, 34, of Bellmawr was arrested on an outstanding shoplifting warrant out of Brooklawn. On 9/30/16 the accused went behind the counter at the Rite Aid and took over $500.00 worth of cigarettes.

10/21/16 Officers stopped a male in the area of Kings Highway and Browning Lane. The male provided the officer with false information regarding his identity. Through further investigation he was identified as Anthony Norman McCoy, 30, of Camden. He was found to be wanted out of the Gloucester County Sheriffs Department. He was charged with hindering and turned over to the Gloucester County Sheriff’s Department.

10/22/16 Officers received a call that someone was attempting to break into the Gulf Gas Station with a crow bar. The actor never gained entry to the store but a search of the area by officers resulted in a negative result. Anyone with information regarding this incident please contact Brooklawn Police.

10/22/16 Officers assisted a West Deptford Officer with the apprehension of a James Andrew Ward, 28, of Camden for receiving stolen property out of their jurisdiction. During the course of the arrest the accused was found to be in possession of marijuana. He was charged with possession of marijuana under 50 grams.

10/25/16 Officers responded to a burglary on the 200 block of Noreg Place. During the course of the investigation officers arrested Carmine Michael Daiutolo, 25, of Gloucester Township. The accused cut the copper piping out of the basement of an abandoned house. He was charged with Burglary, Criminal Mischief, and Theft. He was remanded to the Camden County Jail.

10/27/16 Kyle Patrick Florich, 22, of West Deptford was stopped for a motor vehicle violation. Through further investigation the accused was found to be in possession of a metal grinder and a glass bowl used for marijuana. The accused was charged with possession of marijuana under 50 grams.

Vehicle Burglaries

During the course of the month, officers responded to four vehicle burglaries. All vehicles were believed to have left the vehicles unlocked.  Please lock all car doors and report suspicious activity to police.
