The BOE previously authorized a public sale of the property on June 25, 2020.

The resolution authorizing the sale was considered and passed by the BOE at its meeting on March 18, 2021 and is part of the bid package.

The BOE also provides that the School District reserves the right to reject all bids if the highest bid is not accepted, and/or, if the successful bidder does not close on the transfer of the Property, to consider the next highest bidders in succession of highest bid price.

Subject to the terms and conditions of this Notice, the Bid Specifications and the Board of Education’s resolution, the sale shall be awarded to the highest qualified bidder, who must thereafter meet all applicable requirements of the Bid Specifications.

The bid award, if any, shall be considered by the Board of Education at a meeting scheduled for April 29, 2021, or at the next meeting of the Board.
