Brooklawn’s Weber’s Drive-In Back Up For Sale; Site Work Underway at Former Tile Buyers Outlet

The former Weber’s Drive-in in Brooklawn located at 310 Crescent Boulevard is once again back up for sale.

In January, 2022, we reported that the property was “Under Agreement,” but the property has been listed again for sale.

According to the listing on Loopnet.com, the property is a former Weber’s Root Beer and miniature golf putting range.

It has five acres of commercial land with two on-site buildings to be used or removed.

Touted as a “development opportunity,” the property is an ideal site for a business requiring plenty of space.

The property last sold for $390,000 in November, 2016, tax records show.

The listing doesn’t have a sale price, but the property is listed with McCollin Realty Group at 856-745-4590.

Remembering Weber’s Mini Golf

We remember not too long ago when going to Weber’s Mini Golf was a fun outing for the kids who attended the Bellmawr Summer Rec Program.

The kids, under the direction of Dawn Gillis and her assistants, looked forward to taking the Bellmawr shuttle bus to Weber’s for a few rounds of mini golf, root beer, and ice cream.

Seems like yesterday.

Work Underway at Tile Buyer’s Outlet

Site work appears to be underway at the former Tile Buyer’s Outlet, located at 302 Crescent Boulevard in Brooklawn, which will be the location of Indigo Dispensary. The Brooklawn Planning/Zoning Board heard that application in May, 2022.

The property sold for $700,000 in August, 2021, tax records show.
