Camden Man Pleads Guilty in Mullica ATV Theft

Julio Arroyo admitted that he unlawfully entered onto a property that did not belong to him and took an ATV belonging to the homeowner.

Julio Arroyo, 34, from Camden, entered a guilty plea on January 4, 2023, to one count of third-degree Theft of a Honda ATV from a property in Mullica back in May of 2019.


Arroyo admitted that he unlawfully entered onto a property that did not belong to him and took an ATV belonging to the homeowner.

He is currently being held in custody pending his sentencing on February 22, 2023. On that date, he is slated to receive a four-year New Jersey State Prison term for the theft.

The Mullica Township Police Department investigated this case.
