Camden Vicinage Recovery Court to Celebrate Graduation May 23

The vicinage’s recovery court program, which began in 1996, has 536 participants and 941 graduates.

Assignment Judge Deborah Silverman Katz announced today that the Camden Vicinage will celebrate the graduation of 23 participants from its recovery court program on Tuesday, May 23 at 10 a.m. in courtroom 63 of the Camden County Hall of Justice, 101 S. 5th St., Camden. 

Superior Court Judge Francisco Dominguez will preside. Bryan Baldwin, a substance abuse evaluator, will be the keynote speaker. Graduation speakers also include Assistant Deputy Public Defender Katina Chase and Camden County Assistant Prosecutor Greg Audino.  

The Judiciary’s recovery court program addresses nonviolent, addicted offenders.  The program requires completion of four phases of drug and alcohol treatment and recovery, under court supervision.
