At Bellmawr Council’s November 20, 2017 meeting, the plenary retail liquor license was approved for Bellmawr Redevelopment Partners, LLC for the period of September 28, 2017 through June 30, 2018.

The Route 42/Landfill Redevelopment Study Area Redevelopment Plan has been revised as of November, 2017 and includes plans for a park. The Redevelopment Plan consists of more than 150 acres and consists of three project phases.
