D.R. Horton’s application to construct 108 two-story residential townhome units in Runnemede was postponed because “the notice was defective,” according to the meeting minutes that were recently received in response to an Open Public Records Act request (OPRA).

The application – #21-09 – was originally scheduled for February 23, 2022, will “be heard at a later date and all would be notified,” the minutes read.
Chairwoman Kandy Klehamer “informed everyone that since the applicant was not present, she could not speak on the application or answer questions.”
In other matters, some information was announced on massage parlors, but that is all the information that was contained in the meeting minutes.

The property is 18.4-acres and is currently improved with vacant and wooded lands.
