Former Brooklawn Gas Station & Convenience Store Sold For $300,000; More Area Real Estate Transactions

The long-closed gas station and convenience store that is located at 706 Browning Lane sold on November 3, 2022 for $300,000, property records show.

The new owners have proposed to breathe new life into the property by redeveloping the site.

A new one-story, 3,000-square-foot convenience store and fueling station are proposed, along with a new fueling canopy, a new underground storage tank system, and related site improvements. Plans call for the demolition of the existing one-story masonry service station, concrete fueling pads, and fueling canopy.

The Brooklawn Planning and Zoning Board will hear that application on Wednesday, December 14, 2022 at 7:00 p.m.
