Former Verizon Store Property in Brooklawn Sold for $600,000

Before the Verizon store, John’s Ticket Service was at that location and also a Cumberland Farms.

603 W. Browning Road sold for $600,000 on October 8, 2020. The building was most recently used as a Verizon store.

The seller was listed as Kar-John, LLC, of Long Neck, Delaware and the buyer was listed as SAJ Associates of Lawnside, according to property records.

The property was once home to John’s Ticket Service and also a Cumberland Farms.

In June, 2006, Cumberland Farms sold the property for $165,000, property records show.

We recently reached out to the Brooklawn Borough Clerk via email to find out what might be going in there, and we haven’t heard back.
