Hard Rock Hotel & Casino Atlantic City Celebrates PINKTOBER

For the second consecutive year, Hard Rock Hotel & Casino Atlantic City will go pink the month of October in honor of PINKTOBER, the property-wide fundraising initiative to benefit American Cancer Society’s Making Strides Against Breast Cancer.

The efforts include participation in the Making Strides Against Breast Cancer Virtual Benefit, food and beverage specials, spa specials, exclusive retail items and more.


Virtual Benefit

Hard Rock Atlantic City will participate in the Making Strides: Virtually YOUnited event as the Hope from Home & Digital Entertainment Sponsor where their “Chart-Toppers” team will raise funds and awareness throughout the month.

The virtual event will take place on Thursday, Oct.15 from 7. to 7:30 p.m. and will feature performances by local Hard Rock musicians, Patty & Bugzy and Jimi Milligan.  

Food & Beverage

PINKTOBER drink specials including a Pink Lemon Drop ($10) will be featured at Lobby Bar, Hard Rock Center Bar and the Sports Book Bar. Additionally, guests can purchase a limited-edition PINKTOBERTervis cup ($20) which includes a complimentary extended-pour cocktail at Lobby Bar and Center Bar.

Council Oak Steaks & Seafood and Kuro will honor the fundraising efforts with specialty sweets such as angel food cake and cotton candy ice cream ($12 each) benefitting the cause.

Rock Spa & Salon

Guests looking to pamper themselves for a good cause can experience thematic PINKTOBER Rock Spa & Salon services including pink hair extensions ($10 each) or the Touch of Pink Express Manicure ($45) featuring an exclusive pink breast cancer awareness nail decal.

Guests can also amp up any 50-minute spa service with Pink Warrior Aromatherapy ($10) featuring a blend of essential oils designed to protect, defend and boost the immune system.

PINKTOBER services are available Mondays, Thursdays and Fridays through Oct. 30.

Retail Items

The Hard Rock Store and Rock Shop are the perfect places to shop for exclusive pink inspired merchandise including masks, bandanas, hats, shirts, drinkware and pins. PINKTOBER merchandise is also available via the online Rock Shop at https://shop.hardrock.com.

Photo Opportunities

Along with a designated pink flower wall in the lobby, there are pink florals and lighting throughout the resort that are the perfect backdrop for social savvy visitors.

Making Strides Against Breast Cancer (MSABC)

Making Strides Against Breast Cancer (MSABC) is the largest network of breast cancer events in the nation, to lead the fight against breast cancer. MSABC invests in breakthrough breast cancer research to better understand, prevent, find, and treat the disease.

They support patients by providing free rides to chemo, free places to stay near hospitals, and a live 24/7 cancer helpline for answers and support.
