Holcomb Bus Service Seeks Site Plan Approval to Extend Parking Area in Bellmawr Industrial Park

On April 1, 2019 at 7:00 p.m., the Bellmawr Planning Board will hear the application of Holcomb Bus Service, Inc., which is located in the Bellmawr Industrial Park at 150-170 Beningo Boulevard.

Holcomb Bus Service, Inc. is seeking site plan approval for the properties to extend the parking lot area, to repave portions of the existing parking areas and to reconfigure the parking spaces servicing the buildings, according to a Legal Notice that was published on March 19, 2019.

They are also proposing a storm water management system for the site and will seek any and all variances or waivers that may be deemed necessary upon further review of the application by the Board or its professionals.

All persons interested will be given an opportunity to be heard.

Documents relating to this application are on file with the secretary of the Board and are available for inspection during regular business hours, Monday through Friday, at the Bellmawr Municipal Building, 21 East Browning Road.
