How to Register for Bellmawr’s No Knock-No Solicitation Registry

To be placed on the “No-Knock Registry,” Bellmawr residents can register their address with the Bellmawr Police Department.

Municipal Ordinance #328-18 allows residents of the Borough of Bellmawr to register their name, address, and/or unit/apartment number with the Bellmawr Police Records Clerk.

Their information will then be placed on the “No Knock Registry,” which indicates that they do not want canvassers, distributors, solicitors, peddlers, transient merchants, or hawkers of any sort to approach their homes and/or seek personal contact with the occupants of the registered residence.

Once registered with the Bellmawr Police, residents will receive a “No Knock” decal, which must be displayed in a clearly visible location, i.e., front door or window adjacent to the front door.

The premises will remain on the Registry unless the owners or occupants notify the Police Records Clerk in writing that they wish the property to be removed from the registry.

To register for the “No Knock” Registry, you can download and print the form and bring it to the Bellmawr Police Records Clerk, which is located on the first floor of the Borough Hall, 21 E. Browning Road.
