Trio Sought in Lawnside Home Depot Robbery

 

 


The Camden County Prosecutor’s Office and Lawnside Police Department are searching for a man and two women who committed a robbery in Lawnside today.

Three suspects (a man and two women) entered the Home Depot at 310 White Horse Pike around 11:00 a.m.

The group proceeded to gather multiple power tools from the tool corral. After loading the tools into a shopping cart, the male pushed the shopping cart to an area of the garden center that backs up to the parking lot and started to cut a hole in the fence.

Store Employee Injured in Confrontation

A female employee confronted the robber and a struggle ensued. The male fled the store empty handed after rendering the employee unconscious and laying on the ground. The females involved also fled on foot.

The Home Depot employee was to be evaluated at a local hospital.

The male suspect is described as a Hispanic male who stands approximately 5’6’’ to 5’8” tall and weighs about 150 to 180 pounds. He was wearing a light colored hooded sweatshirt and dark colored pants.
