LRHSD to Host Student Job Fair & Transition Resource Fair on March 16

The Student Job will take place from 4:30-7;30 p.m. and the Transition Resource Fair will take place from 5:00-7:00 p.m.

The Lenape Regional High School District (LRHSD) will host the annual Student Job Fair and the Transition Resource Fair on Wednesday, March 16th.

Student Job Fair


The job fair will take place on Wednesday, March 16th from 4:30 pm-7:00 pm at Lenape High School and is open to students who are 15 years of age and older from Lenape, Shawnee, Cherokee, and Seneca high schools.

The job fair is an excellent opportunity for both employers and district students to meet and discuss job openings.

Representatives from local area businesses will be available to discuss paid employment and volunteer opportunities.

Students are asked to dress professionally to make a great first impression! Students should bring copies of their resume to submit to prospective employers.

More than 50 employers plan to be in attendance this year and an area for completing working papers will be available at the event.

Transition Resource Fair

A Transition Resource Fair for students with disabilities and their families will take place on Wednesday, March 16th from 5:00 pm-7:00 pm at Lenape High School’s South Cafeteria.

The Transition Resource Fair is sponsored by the LRHSD’s Parents of Special Education Students (POSES) Parent Advisory.

It provides an excellent opportunity for both students with disabilities and their families to meet various presenters from state/local agencies, social recreation, and other independent living providers that will help families explore life beyond high school graduation and towards independence.

This fair is open to students and their families from Lenape, Shawnee, Cherokee, and Seneca high schools.
