Mt. Ephraim Joint Land Use Board To Consider Application For Sandwich Shop, Residential Apartments For Black Horse Pike Property

The application will be heard on Monday, June 12, 2023 at 7:30 p.m. at the Mt. Ephraim Municipal Building.

On June 12, 2023 at 7:30 p.m., the Mt. Ephraim Joint Land Use Board will hear and consider the application of Nice Lot LLC for site plan approval and variance relief for a new sandwich shop, residential apartments, and a parking lot for property located at 414 N. Black Horse Pike.

The property was formerly used as a hair salon.


The applicant has also applied for variances from the minimum lot depth, front yard setback, and rear yard setback requirements.

Additionally, the applicant requests a use variance for the purpose of continuing to utilize the apartments on the second floor of the building for residential living, together with any and all necessary variances, waivers, and relief from the Borough zoning code.

As of the time of this posting, the plans have not been uploaded to the Borough’s website, but we will update this article once the plans are available.

The application will be heard at the Mt. Ephraim Borough Hall, 121 S. Black Horse Pike.
