Mt. Ephraim Land Use Board to Hear Application Permitting Former Daycare Building to be Used as Residential Dwelling

On December 12, 2022, the Mt. Ephraim Land Use Board will hear the application of David Berger who is seeking approval for a variance that will permit the use of a building to be used as a residential dwelling. The subject property is located at 508 W. Kings Highway

The building used to house a daycare center that has since closed.

The application will be heard at 7:30 p.m. at the Mt. Ephraim Municipal Building, 121 S. Black Horse Pike.
