Mt. Ephraim Students & Retirees Honored by BOE

At their September 9, 2019 meeting the Mt. Ephraim Board of Education recognized the fourth marking period award winners. From left are: Helena Kuchmek, Alayna Winship, Alex Angelini, Trynity Singletary, Noah Andujar, and Joshua Tighe.

The BOE also honored Mrs. Kitty Gallagher who retired on August 31, 2019. Kitty retired as the Mt. Ephraim Technology Coordinator.

Ms. Gallager was influential in bringing Mt. Ephraim into the digital age. She directly oversaw the 1 to 1 initiative for our district. She worked for the Mt. Ephraim School District for 20 years.

Mrs. Ann Conley was also honored for her retirement on June 30, 2019. She worked in the Mt. Ephraim School District for 28 years as a Math and Social Studies teacher.

Chief School Administrator Mike Hunter said: “We are grateful for all of the relationships that she created through the years with the many families in Mt. Ephraim. We hope you enjoy every day of your retirement, you sure do deserve it!”
