Mt. Ephraim’s Former Little Caesars Building Sold For $490,000

This is a developing story and we will follow it to see if a tavern, or something else, materializes on the site.

The building that was once home to the Little Caesars Pizza in Mt. Ephraim sold for $490,000 on February 24, 2022, property records show.

The property is located at 267 South Black Horse Pike.

The property was recently advertised for sale on LoopNet.com and according to the listing, also included a liquor license.

In December, 2020, Mark Matthews of 42 Freeway posted about a new tavern proposed for the property.

In January, 2021 and also in August, 2021, there were hearings before the Mt. Ephraim Planning Board for site plan approvals and variances to convert the vacant building into a tavern.

This is a developing story and we will follow it to see if a tavern, or something else materializes, on the site.
