New Convenience Store, Gas Station Proposed for Brooklawn; Property Has Been Vacant For Years

The Brooklawn Planning and Zoning Board will hear the application on December 14, 2022.

On Wednesday, December 14, 2022 at 7:00 p.m., the Brooklawn Planning and Zoning Board will hear the application of Brooklawn Property LLC who seek approval to redevelop the long-closed gas station and convenience store at 706 Browning Lane.

Plans call for the demolition of the existing one-story masonry service station, concrete fueling pads, and fueling canopy on the property, and to construct a new one-story, 3,000-square-foot convenience store and fueling station with a new fueling canopy and new underground storage tank system, along with related site improvements.

Curious to see what they would put here that wouldn’t end up with the same result. Wawa is next to it, Royal Farms down the street and 7-Eleven up the street.
