Oaks Integrated Care recently hosted its annual Touch A Truck community event in Camden at the Triad1828 Center.

The free event gives kids the chance to see, touch, and explore their favorite trucks. Touch A Truck featured emergency response vehicles, construction trucks, tractor trailers, police vehicles, and more.

The Fire Department even turned on the hose to make sure attendees stayed cool in the summer heat.

Every child deserves a great first day of school. Oaks distributed over four hundred backpacks filled with school supplies to children at the event.

To make the event a success, the organizations that Oak partnered with include:

  • The Camden County Police Department
  • Camden County Public Works Department
  • Camden County Special Services District
  • Food Bank of South Jersey
  • New Jersey American Water
  • Christine’s Hope for Kids
  • Johnson Kendall Johnson
