Photos of Proposed Bellmawr Waterfront Park With Concepts

In September, the concept plans for the planned park at the Bellmawr Waterfront Development area were presented to the Bellmawr Planning Board.

SJO was not in attendance at the meeting when the plans were presented to the Planning Board. However, a request was made to obtain photographs of the concept plan and this request was facilitated by Bellmawr BDA Executive Director, Josh Tregear, and Don Nogowski, Esquire, who is counsel for the re-developer.

The concept plans include a scenic overlook and walking path.

As for when an actual groundbreaking may take place, Josh Tregear stated that is more likely to happen in early 2019. He said: “There are a number of issues that still have to be resolved before construction can even begin on the park. We still have yet to receive firm approvals from the Tidelands and Green Acres divisions of the NJ-DEP. Additionally, we are heading into Winter and it is looking more and more like a Spring build.”
