Public Hearing on June 28 From 5:00-7:00 p.m. at Westville Fire Dept. Regarding Class D Recycling Facility Application for Used Oil at Eagle Point

The equipment is already built and operating at the facility.

In accordance with the New Jersey Department of Environmental Protection (NJDEP) Administrative Order 2021-2025, the Energy Transfer Marketing & Terminals L.P., (ETMT) will hold a public hearing for the purpose of receiving oral and/or written comments on its Class D Recycling Facility Application for Used Oil at Eagle Point, submitted to the Department on May 28, 2021.

The public hearing will be held on June 28, 2022 from 5 to 7 p.m. at the Westville Fire Hall, 836 Broadway.


The requested Class D Recycling application will allow Eagle Point to receive deliveries of recyclable fuel-water mixtures for recycling, in accordance with the specifications set forth in the application.

The equipment is already built and operating at the facility.

The public may submit written comments to Eagle Point for 60 days, from June 6 to August 5, 2022.
