Site work is underway to welcome two new tenants at the Brooklawn Shopping Center — CSL Plasma and GoPuff.
CSL Plasma
CSL Plasma is headquartered in Boca Raton, FL and is a division of CSL Behring, a global biotech leader headquartered in King of Prussia, Pa.

According to their website: “CSL Plasma operates one of the world’s largest and most sophisticated plasma collection networks, with more than 270 plasma collection centers in U.S., Europe and China and employs over 12,000 employees.”
CSL will be occupying the space that was once occupied by Eve’s Furniture Warehouse, which moved into this location in October, 2018.
We did a Google search to see if the store relocated and the search came back: “Permanently closed.” A check on Facebook shows that their status was last changed in March, 2020, and there was no other information posted.

GoPuff
GoPuff will occupy the space next to Petco.
According to their website, GoPuff offers “thousands of items – from cleaning supplies & over-the-counter medicine to food, drinks, electronics, baby essentials and more.”
“Everything you need from weekday to weekend, delivered for only $1.95. Or join the Fam to get unlimited free delivery on eligible orders.”
GoPuff’s “micro-fulfillment center to your door means that you get your order in just 30 minutes” and they are “open late to bring you what you need.”
Soloff Realty & Development (SRD) is the brokerage firm that handles the leasing for the Brooklawn Shopping Center.
