Site Work Underway at Runnemede’s Former TD Bank on Black Horse Pike; Will Be a Used Car Lot

Preliminary site work is underway to convert the former TD Bank property into a used car lot for Runnemede Toyota.

The application heard by the Runnemede Joint Land Use Board sought final site plan approval and associated site improvements so the existing bank building and property could be converted for used automobile sales.

The property, located at 129 S. Black Horse Pike, sold for $950,000 on July 28, 2021.
