The Bellmawr Planning Board approved a motion on June 4, 2018 recommending to Mayor and Council that Block 80, Lot 2 (Anderson Avenue parcel) be deemed for redevelopment.
In a Memorandum dated May 17, 2018, Bellmawr Borough engineers outlined a Statement Setting Forth the Basis for a Preliminary Investigation for Determination of Eligibility for Declaration as a Non-Condemnation Area in Need of Redevelopment – 191 Anderson Avenue (rear).
