In light of the default by the Reserve at Grace Urban Renewal LLC, the Governing Body of the Borough of Somerdale seeks to revoke, rescind, and cancel all agreements.
A four-story, approximately 112,387 sq. foot self-storage facility with on-site parking is planned.
It appears that the project has been abandoned as there has been no progress at the site in months.
