EPA Awards $84.5M in N.J. Water Infrastructure Improvements; Intended Use Plans Include CCMUA & Winslow Twp.

AG, DEP Announce “New Day” for N.J. Environmental Enforcement; State Files Six Major Lawsuits Focused on Contaminated Properties

Acting Governor Shiela Oliver, Attorney General Gurbir Grewal and Department of Environmental Protection (DEP) Commissioner Catherine McCabe announce the filing of six separate lawsuits aimed at recovering damages for the harm caused by pollution to properties, groundwater, and waterways across the state, and to recover the costs the State has paid in conducting environmental clean-ups.
