Brandon R. Samuel, 27, of Gibbstown, his brother, Joseph A. Samuel, 25, N.Y. and Ali Brown, 25, of West Deptford received 8 year State prison terms after pleading guilty to promoting prostitution by arranging sexual encounters with a 17-year-old runaway in 2016.
On May 4, 2018, Kesha Gentry-Muhammad, 47, of Williamstown N.J. was arrested by the Gloucester County Prosectutor’s Office on charges of insurance fraud and tampering with records in connection with a falsified invoice for repair of water damage.
Gabriel Torres, 43, of Westville NJ, has been charged by the Gloucester County Prosecutor’s office with sexually assaulting a child under the age of age 13.
