Rite Aid Corporation Conducting Investigative & Remedial Activities at Former Clayton Store

A former Rite Aid store in Clayton is the subject of an environmental investigation and clean up. Operations conducted at the Site prior to Rite Aid’s occupancy included dry cleaning, a gasoline filling station, and a bulk oil distribution facility.
