It appears that the project has been abandoned as there has been no progress at the site in months.
The new Ordinance will be considered for Final Adoption after Second Reading and Public Hearing on Nov. 10, 2021 at 7:00 p.m.
The Reserve at Grace project is planned for the vacant Our Lady of Grace in Somerdale. The rectory will be demolished and the church will be converted into a restaurant. An active adult apartment building is planned where the school presently sits.
