The Law Offices of Melissa Rosenblum Increases Financial Support to Jewish Family Service

As an ardent Criminal Defense Attorney and JFS Board Vice President, Melissa Rosenblum is dedicated to her career and the community. Melissa serves as JFS’ Chair of the Diversity, Equity, and Inclusion committee, which works in conjunction with the agency’s Anti-Racism Committee.


She embodies JFS’ mission and core values and through her generous multi-year agency pledge, JFS will continue to be able to offer programs and services needed by people in the region. As a JFS Leader Donor, Melissa increased her financial support to $5,000 annually for the next two years.

The funds will benefit the Food Pantry, Counseling, Older Adult Programs, Supportive Housing, Vocational Services, and more.

“At JFS, we are grateful for Melissa’s philanthropic commitment and volunteer efforts helping those in need as she proudly gives back to the community where she lives and works,” said Andrea Steinberg, JFS’ Chief Executive Officer.

With more than 25 years of legal expertise, and the founder of her own firm, Law Offices of Melissa Rosenblum, LLC, her dedication and focus encompass children’s issues, women’s rights, and criminal law.

Not only is Melissa one of 25-plus women who is Certified by the Supreme Court of New Jersey, Melissa is also President-elect of the Atlantic County Bar Association, Secretary of the Camp To Belong River Valley, a non-profit focused on reuniting siblings who have been separated while in foster care, and an Executive Board member of the Vincent S. Haneman Inn of Court. She also serves as a sponsor of the annual Women’s Forum which raises funds for local organizations.
