Two Apartment Buildings Proposed for 922 Clements Bridge Road, Runnemede

It is proposed that each building will contain eight apartments two of which will be one-bedroom units and six of which will be two-bedroom units.

On April 27, 2022 at 7:00 pm, the Runnemede Joint Use (Planning and Zoning) Board will remotely hear the application of Next Step Home Ventures, LLC for Block 146, Lot 8, 922 Clements Bridge Road.

The Applicant proposes two apartment buildings — each building containing eight apartments, two of which will be 1-bedroom units and six of which will be 2-bedroom units.


The applicant has also applied for Use Variance, Preliminary/Final Major Site Plan, Bulk Variances, and Design Waivers regarding the property. Apartments are not permitted as a matter of right, so a use variance is requested.

Copies of the application with attached exhibits, and all supporting documentation, are on file at least ten days prior to the hearing, and are available for inspection by the public by accessing the Borough’s website.

Any interested person may participate in the hearing and give testimony in accordance with the rules of the Joint Land Use Board of the Borough of Runnemede, and the New Jersey Municipal Land Use Law.

Formal action is expected to be taken at the meeting.
