Two-Story Garage/Storage Building Proposed for Vacant Lot on Essex Avenue in Bellmawr; JLUB Will Hear Application April 4, 2022

There was once a house on the property, but it has since been demolished.

A two-story garage/storage building has been proposed for the vacant lot located on Essex Avenue (behind PayDay Employer Solutions).

At one time there was a house on the property, but it was demolished.

On April 4, 2022 at 7:00 pm, the Bellmawr Joint Land Use Board will hear the application of TSC Properties, LLC for Major Site Plan Approval approval, along with any and all other variances that may be required by the Board, for the proposed two-story garage/storage building.

Tax records show that the property last sold for $130,000 on March 3, 2021.

Speed Gas Bellmawr LLC, located 132 N. Black Horse Pike, has submitted an application for minor site plan approval and for a permit to install a 1,000-gallon propane tank refilling station at the existing gas station, together with all waivers and other approvals which the Board may deem necessary.

DNA Estates Group, LLC is seeking minor site subdivision approval to subdivide an undeveloped parcel located at 3 Hendrickson Avenue into two residential lots.

The applicant is seeking variance approval to construct two single-family attached dwellings on the property.
