The sale of Mt. Ephraim’s Sacred Heart/Emmaus Catholic Church Community property was finalized on August 31, 2021.
The property sold for $775,000 according to property records.
At the October 7, 2021 monthly meeting of the Mt. Ephraim Commissioners, Borough Engineer Scott Smith gave an update on the project stating: “[The] Sacred Heart redevelopment meeting went very well so we are ready to move forward with this project.”
