Vantage Commercial Facilitates New Retail Lease in Marlton; New Tenant, Singas Famous Pizza, Joins Diverse Roster of Co-Tenants

Vantage Commercial is proud to announce another successful retail lease, this time at Plaza 73.

Located at 140-150 Route 73 N. in Marlton, Plaza 73 is centrally located with excellent visibility and signage. Situated on the heavily traveled Route 73, the center is in close proximity to I-295, Route 70, and the New Jersey Turnpike.

The new tenant, Singas Famous Pizza, joins a diverse roster of co-tenants including U.S. Marines Career Center, Sushi Kingdom, Scrub Pro Uniforms, and Chef Zhang Chinese Restaurant.

This will be the third restaurant in the center, establishing Plaza 73 as a premier sit-down and quick-service restaurant destination for local residents and businesses.

Monica Walsh, Director of Client Services, worked closely with ownership and the tenant to facilitate a smooth transaction and long-term lease.

In 1967, Mr. and Mrs. Bill Singas opened the first Singas Famous Pizza restaurant in Elmhurst, New York.

Since that time, and in the 40 years that have followed, Singas has adhered to three core guiding principles that have made Singas Famous Pizza the success that it is today: Quality & Consistency, Cleanliness, and Customer Service.

Walsh and Vantage Commercial began work on this project in December of 2021.

Despite coming through a global pandemic, establishing a strong new tenant in the center is a credit to both the strength of the location and the ability of ownership to adapt in a changing climate.

Singas Famous Pizza has occupied the last available space in the center rendering it fully leased.
