Vantage Commercial is thrilled to announce another successful industrial lease, this time in Pennsauken, NJ. BookSmiles, a 501(c)(3) non-profit that provides new or gently used books to children throughout Philadelphia and New Jersey, has relocated their headquarters to Crescent Business Center.

The 4,300 SF space is centrally located at 7300 N Crescent Blvd. in Pennsauken and is in close proximity to the Betsy Ross Bridge as well as Routes 130, 73 and 90.
Mike Gries, Advisor at Vantage Commercial, worked closely with BookSmiles founder, Larry Abrams, to identify an industrial property for the relocation.
