Vantage Commercial Secures Long-Term Retail Lease in Cherry Hill, NJ

Vantage Commercial is pleased to announce another long-term retail lease, this time in Cherry Hill, NJ. Xplosive Fitness Lab, a state-of-the-art gym owned by Trae Toliver, is now open in its new location in the highly-coveted Tuscany Marketplace located at 1990 Route 70 East in Cherry Hill. The company recently secured a long-term lease agreement for the 4,700 SF commercial space.

The new location is in close proximity to Route 73, I-295, and Springdale Road, making it easily accessible for the community.
